To achieve the above, lessons are highly structured and check lists are provided to assist to memorise the basic driving routines. This has the effect of initially reducing the in-car time, leaving more time to develop the required techniques and eliminating driver errors, for the same cost.
By applying this strategy and considering the last 100 passes, 70 passed @ the first attempt: 13 passed @ the second attempt: 11 passed @ the third arttempt: 5 passed @ the fourth attempt and 1 @ the fifth attempt, the average number of minor faults incurred being 6.
