Motorway Tuition:
Having passed the driving test, legally you can drive on any UK road.
Mile for mile, motorways are safe roads to travel upon. However, when things go wrong they can go disasterously wrong.
It is, therefore, sensible to obtain motorway experience, usually a concentrated 2 x hour lesson.
The format includes:
Safe Motorway driving- Safe use of the entrance slip road (acceleration lane)
- Safe use of the exit slip road (deceleration lane)
- Safe overtaking procedures
- Good Lane discipline
- Good forward planning skills
- Good high speed observational techniques
- Breakdown procedures
